Wellness Membership Programs

Our Wellness Membership packages for individuals, and employee groups do 3 things: educate, treat, and encourage positive mental health and wellbeing practice for all.

Choose our Bronze, Silver or Gold options to feel happier, get a quality night’s sleep, concentrate better, and excel at work and in life.

Training

Informative, engaging, training events that raise awareness of needs in our population, which can lead to a more motivated workforce, higher staff retention, and greater communication and support among your employees. Our experienced trainers are personable, passionate, and care about your staff’s success. Sessions are easy to book and are available online, at your workplace, or in another setting.

Guided Self-help

Mental health therapy through guided self-help materials and individual support. Helps employees identify goals and address specific wellbeing needs using one of our online programmes and 18 contacts with a dedicated therapist.

Diagnostic Assessments

Our specific learning disability assessments can identify issues such as dyslexia, ADHD, dyspraxia, and dyscalculia. These tests are helpful and informative, letting you find and offer solutions to support professionals or students experiencing such difficulties in the workplace or educational setting.

Bespoke Wellbeing Plans

Everything we do at YPS Psychology is designed to fit around individuals’ needs, or organisations requirements. Providing quality mental health care to our clients has the benefit of reducing absenteeism and presenteeism, and empowering individuals to fulfil their potential. Dr Yates assessed a pupil for us. Her extensive and detailed report enabled us to achieve a EHC Plan for the pupil. The detail in the report was commented upon by the Educational Psychologist working on the EHCP.
